Hi BBF Friends, this is officially my first post and im excited to share with you a New project I'm working on. I wanted to give you all something to follow and keep you motivated. So as of today i will be posting My Workout of the day. So if you dont get in to a class and you want to train at home on your own , you will get the opportunity to follow my 3 Month Transformation Program that i do myself when its time to get into Competition Shape. Let me know your thoughts? Todays workout for me is Legs/ Core and it's an old school Workout back from my fitness days.
